A man was fatally shot in Windsor Mill, near Millvale Road and Liberty Road, early Sunday, Baltimore County Police said.
Officers said the shooting took place around 4:30 a.m. and the victim, suffering from a shot in the upper body, was rushed to a local hospital where he died. Baltimore County Homicide Detectives are investigating.
