The October death of a 3-year-old girl in Northeast Baltimore was determined to be caused by narcotics intoxication, the medical examiners said Friday.

Aubrey Faulkner, 3, was found unconscious and unresponsive in a home in the 2600 block of Chesterfield Avenue on Oct. 2. Faulkner died after being rushed to Johns Hopkins Hospital, police said.

Faulkner’s autopsy came back in March. Medical examiners found Faulkner’s cause of death as a result of narcotics intoxication and her death has been ruled a homicide.

Homicide detectives said anyone with information should call (410) 396-2100. Anyone who wishes to remain anonymous should call Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7lockup.
