A 25-year-old Baltimore man was arrested for a two-week-old homicide in the city’s Northwest section, police said Monday.

Jaqwaun Owens was arrested in connection with the Feb. 18 shooting death of 40-year-old Justin Bucalo in the 5100 block of Queensberry Avenue. Officers said Bucalo’s body was found at around 12:17 p.m. and medical personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
