A 36-year-old man was shot at 12:41 a.m. today in the 700 Block of Druid Hill Avenue, city police said.
Central District Police officers spotted the victim in a vehicle suffering from gunshot wounds.
The victim was transported to a local hospital, where he is in critical condition, police said.
Central District Shooting detectives responded to the investigation and controlled it.
