A Baltimore man was arrested shortly after he allegedly shot a man in Parkville on Sunday, county police said today.

Tyrone Vaughan Moss, 28, of the 700 block of East 21 Street in Baltimore was charged with attempted first-degree murder, first-degree assault and the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, police said.

Moss is currently being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on a no-bail status pending a bail review hearing, police said.

The victim, an adult male, is in stable condition at a local hospital.

According to police, the victim confronted the suspect, who was creating a disturbance, in the 2700 block of Cold Stream Way in Parkville early Sunday morning. The suspect displayed a handgun and allegedly shot the victim before leaving the scene, police said.

Police said they found the victim at about 6 a.m. They said they arrested Moss shortly after.
