Howard County police reported robberies at three different commercial businesses over the past few days.
Unknown suspect(s) entered the Royal Farms in the 8700 block of Centre Park Drive in Columbia sometime overnight between Friday and Saturday, police said.
The suspect(s) forced their way into Royal Farms but were unsuccessful in their attempt to take an ATM, police said.
Police said they are determining whether the incident is related to one that occurred at a Shell Gas station in the 6500 block of Waterloo Road during the same timeframe. In that incident, the suspects forced open an entrance of the gas station and got away with an ATM, police said.
The ATM was filled with cash.
In a separate incident, unknown suspect(s) broke into Pizza Hut in the 7100 block of Minstrel Way in Columbia at 7:19 a.m. Saturday, police said.
Cash boxes were removed from the restaurant, police said.
