A 38-year-old-man man died from gunshot wounds Sunday in the 6900 block of Lachlan Circle, county police said.
The incident occurred around 1 a.m., when officers found two men suffering from gunshot wounds, police said.
Police said one victim told detectives he was asleep when he was struck in the neck by a bullet.
A family member who was in the same room as the first victim, Todd Thompson, was pronounced dead on the scene from gunshot wounds to the upper body, police said.
Detectives with the Baltimore County Homicide Unit are investigating the scene for more information.
