City police make arrest in February homicide

A 30-year-old man was arrested in connection with a homicide that occurred Feb. 2 in the 5200 block of Park Heights Avenue in Baltimore, city police said today.

Ricky Robinson of Baltimore was charged with first-degree murder for allegedly fatally shooting 25-year-old Terrell Billie, police said.

Police said Billie was suffering from gunshot wounds when they arrived on the scene. He was pronounced dead later at a local hospital, police said.

Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested Robinson. He was taken to the Central Booking Intake Facility.

Northwest District Police urge anyone with information to reach out to the homicide detectives at 410-396-2100.

Police ask anyone who has information to contact Metro Crime Stoppers’ tip line, at 1-866-7LOCKUP. If you want to submit an anonymous online text to Metro Crime Stoppers by visiting their website, Northwest District Police said.
