A 48-year-old man is being held without bail for allegedly shooting a 32-year-old male outside the Forest Park Market on Oakfield Avenue in Baltimore on Jan. 13, city police said.
Gerrod Maddox of the 5500 block of Belle Avenue was charged with first-degree attempted murder, police said. He was transported to Central Booking.
Police said they were able to identify the suspect by watching video footage of the incident.
The victim was treated for a gunshot wound to the stomach at a nearby hospital, police said.
