City police officers have arrested three of four suspects in connection with the 2019 shooting of a 31-year-old Baltimore man.

Police said 48-year-old Aaron Butler, 46-year-old Donta Holdclaw and 27-year-old Elease Frazier were charged with first-degree murder on Wednesday. The fourth suspect, 27-year-old Khalil Madden of Baltimore, was still at large with an open warrant for first-degree murder.

Police said the shooting occurred on Nov. 5, 2019 at approximately 9:42 p.m. at a home in the 4800 block of Clifton Avenue. Officers found 31-year-old Jordan Taylor suffering from a gunshot wound.

Taylor was rushed to the University of Maryland’s Shock Trauma Center where he later died.

Authorities are offering a $5,000 reward to anyone with information that leads to the arrest of Madden.
