One man is dead and another suffered non-life threatening injuries in separate shootings early Monday in Baltimore City, police said.
Southwest District patrol officers responded to a shooting around 4 a.m. in the 300 block of Lyndhurst Avenue. Officers found a man suffering from a gunshot wound and rushed him to a local hospital where he died from his injuries. His name has not been released.
A short time later, around 4:30 a.m., Northern District patrol officers responded to a reported shooting at 33rd Street and Remington Avenue. Officers found one man suffering from a “non-threatening gunshot wound,” according authorities.
