A 36-year-old woman was arrested Wednesday in connection with the Monday murder of a Dundalk man, Baltimore County police said.

Police charged Shannon Nicole Gelvar of the 3100 block of Yorkway in Dundalk with the first-degree murder of David Donald Magill, Jr., 37.

According to police, Magill, also of the 3100 block of Yorkway in Dundalk, was stabbed in the upper body around 10:30 p.m. Monday and died on Tuesday.

Investigators found that he and Gelvar resided in the same home and the stabbing was a result of a domestic dispute, police said.

Detectives are asking anyone who may have information to call 410-307-2020
