A 19-year-old man on the Southwest District’s Top 10 Violent Offender’s list has been arrested on handgun and drug possession charges, Baltimore City police said.
Officers said the man was found in the 1100 block of Poplar Grove Street late Tuesday with a loaded handgun and drugs.
Northeast District patrol officers later stopped a vehicle in the 5000 block of Walther Avenue and found two men, one also 19 and 23, armed with loaded handguns.
All three young men were arrested and transported to Central Booking where they’ve been charged with handgun violations, police said.
