Three Baltimore shooting deaths in two days

Baltimore City police on Wednesday were investigating the shooting deaths of three men and the injury of another in three separate incidents in the last two days.

Southeast District patrol officers were called to the 1300 block of Elrino Street where a man was reported shot at 7:09 a.m. Wednesday. Police said the man suffered multiple gunshot wounds on Elrino Street, then ran to the corner of Gusrvan at Boston Street. Officers rushed the man to an area hospital for treatment.

Close to midnight Tuesday, Southwest District patrol officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 300 block of South Bentalou Street. Officers found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and rushed him to an areas hospital where he later died.

At 6:32 p.m. Tuesday, Eastern District patrol officers responded to a shot spotter alert and found two men suffering from gunshot wounds in the 1800 block of Aiken Street. Officers located an unconscious and unresponsive 35-year-old man who had been shot. Officers tried to revive him by performing CPR but medics pronounced him dead.

A second victim, a 32-year-old man, also suffered gunshot wounds. He was rushed to Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival, police said.
