Baltimore Police were looking for family members of a 62-year-old man who was found unresponsive at his home in the 4300 block of Orchard Ridge Road on Halloween.
Police identified the man was James Robert Williams Jr. Detectives called medics to the scene where he was pronounced dead.
Police asked anyone who may know Williams to contact detectives at 410-396-2100.
