Four suspects attempted to carjack an individual on the 3900 block of Hollins Ferry Road in Lansdowne, county police said.
Police said the suspects assaulted the victim at 4:17 p.m. Tuesday. The suspects were not able to get to the vehicle, county policy said.
Police added that the suspects fled the scene and one of the suspects was later arrested.
