A 25-year-old man who escaped from the Baltimore County Detention Center (BCDC) in Towson has been caught and taken into custody, county police said.
Kyle Rogowski escaped from the BCDC on Saturday at around 6:44 p.m., police said. After assaulting one of the correctional officers, Rogowski climbed the barbed wire fence to escape and may have possibly suffered an injury to his hand while climbing the fence, police said.
Rogowski has been held at the BCDC on a non-violent charge since March.
