Baltimore County homicide detectives have released an image of a person who may have information about the shooting of a Windsor Mill man last February.

Photos released by the Baltimore County Police Department

Detectives said Artis Dewayne Holt, 27, of Windsor Mill, was killed on Feb. 21, 2019, in the parking lot of a take-out restaurant in the 8000 block of Liberty Road. The gunman was not identified but police on Wednesday released a photo of a person who may have witnessed the shooting. EMS declared Holt dead of multiple gunshot wounds around 11:56 p.m.

Police said the person in the image was in the vicinity of the shooting and was seen driving away from the area afterwards in a white Nissan Altima. Police were, looking for any identification of the person and have partnered with Metro Crime Stoppers to search for tips.

Metro Crime Stoppers is offering a $5,000 reward for anyone with information relating to the ongoing case.
