Baltimore County Police is asking for the public’s help in finding the vehicle that struck and critically injured a 15-year-old girl last Friday.
The teen was crossing Liberty Road near Marriottsville Road before 8 p.m. Sept. 4 when she fell and was struck by a light-colored SUV or pickup truck traveling west, a preliminary investigation found. Police said the driver made no attempt to stop.
The teen was taken from the crash site in a medevac helicopter to the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center where she was listed in critical condition with life threatening injuries.
