A 16-year-old male was arrested Thursday in connection with the death of his infant daughter in 2019, police said.
Sean Darian Jackson of the 100 block of Enchanted Hills Road in Owings Mills was charged with first-degree murder after medical examiners determined that his one-month-old infant died last year from multiple injuries caused by on-going child abuse, police said.
Police said they responded to a call of a cardiac arrest at Jackson’s home at about 1 a.m. in September 2019 and found that the baby had suffered several injuries to the upper body.
The infant was pronounced dead at Sinai Hospital, police said.
Jackson is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on no-bail status, police said.
