Police investigate shootings

The Baltimore City Police were investigating two separate shootings in different parts of the city.

Eastern District officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 900 block of East Eager Street.  They arrived around 11:45 a.m. Saturday to find a 33-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds to the legs. The man was rushed to an area hospital where he was listed in stable condition, police said.

Eastern District detectives said anyone with information should contact them at 410-396-2433 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7Lockup.

Western District officers responded to reports of a shooting at about 12:25 a.m. on the 600 block of North Gilmore Street. Police found a 29-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. The man was rushed to a local hospital where he was listed in stable condition, police said.

Western District detectives said anyone with information should contact them at 410-396—2477 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7-lockup.
