Anne Arundel County Police found a handgun in a vehicle with stolen tags in the parking lot of the Corridor Marketplace early Thursday.
Police said Hector Rodriguez, 19, was the man driving the vehicle when officers found it while on a routine patrol. When officers discovered that the car had stolen tags, they also found a .32 caliber revolver handgun inside.
Rodriguez was arrested and charged.
