D.C Metropolitan Police were investigating a shooting that took place around 12:18 p.m. Thursday in the 2100 block of H Street, Northeast.
Lowell Tolliver, 27, was found by responders suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was quickly taken to an area hospital where he later died.
Officers also discovered another man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was rushed to a hospital to be treated for life-threatening injuries.
A reward of $25,000 will be given to anyone with information that leads to an arrest and conviction. Those with information should call 202-727-9099. Anonymous information can be sent by sending a text message to 50411.
