D.C. Metropolitan Police arrested a 40-year-old man and charged him with first-degree sexual abuse and kidnapping while armed.
Tyrone Marshall, 40, allegedly forced the victim into a nearby structure around 11 p.m. Wednesday in the 3900 block of 12th Street, NE. Officers said he sexually assaulted the victim at knifepoint but the victim quickly fled the scene and notified police.
