The Baltimore County Police have identified the victim of a Windsor Mill shooting Friday and found the alleged suspect.
Detectives said 30-year-old Marlen Xioma Maldonado-Caceres was the woman found shot in the 7200 block of Chippenham Place. An investigation determined that Maldonado-Caceres was shot by her ex-boyfriend who was found in a nearby vehicle suffering from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, police said.
The ex-boyfriend was currently in grave condition at a local hospital.
Detectives were continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
