The Baltimore Police Department was investigating a homicide Monday in the 5300 block of Sinclair Lane.
Northeast District patrol officers arrived on the scene around 11:23 p.m. Monday and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene, police said.
