A 26-year-old Essex man has been arrested in connection with a shooting that occurred April 6.
Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested Arthur Holt of the 5200 block of Norwood Avenue in Essex at 6:45 a.m. Friday, City Police said.
Police said Holt is the second person arrested in connection with the April 6 shooting death of 21-year-old Dontrell Toliver. Keith Gladden, 33, of the 2300 block of E. Madison Street was arrested at his home the day after the shooting.
Gladden was being held in Central Booking where he has been charged with first-degree murder, Baltimore City Police said.
Holt was being held in Central Booking also on first-degree murder charges. He was waiting to see a court commissioner, police said.
