Baltimore Police detained and charged a 30-year-old man with first-degree attempted murder late Tuesday.

Members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force arrested Tony Graham of the 4900 block of Greenspring Avenue at a home in Howard County.

Police said that at 8:40 p.m. on March 27,  a 26-year-old man was shot following a fight in the 5100 block of Park Heights Avenue. The victim suffered a gunshot wound to his right arm and was expected to make a full recovery.

Northwest District shooting detectives interviewed the victim and witnesses, reviewed video footage from the area and obtained an arrest warrant after identifying the shooter.

Graham was taken to Central Booking where he has been charged with first-degree attempted murder. He is being held without bond.
