A 33-year-old Baltimore man faces first-degree murder charges and was being held without bail in Central Booking, Baltimore City Police said.
Keith Gladden was arrested at his home earlier this week by Warrant Apprehension detectives. Police questioned Gladden in the Homicide Section before taking him to Central Booking.
Police said Gladden was being held in connection with the shooting death of Dontrell Toliver, 20, in the 400 block of N. Montford Avenue on Monday. Toliver was rushed to Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he died a short time later.
