Baltimore City Police were searching Friday for a 39-year-old health care worker who pummeled a male resident at an assisted living home in the 1500 block of Moreland Avenue.
Warrant Apprehension Detectives said Asia Woodard, known to live in the 800 block of Homestead Street, was wanted for the alleged aggravated assault of a 68-year-old man who was a resident at the home where Woodward worked. Woodard was working as a caregiver on Aug. 20, 2019 when she began feuding with one of her patients, police said.
Police alleged that the 5-foot-2, 175-pound Woodard punched, kicked and choked the man repeatedly, leaving visible physical injury that resulted in hospitalization of the victim.
