The Baltimore Police Department was investigating the death of a 22-year-old man who was found shot to death on Tioga Parkway.
Police said the man was found around 5:55 p.m. Saturday in the 2300 block of Tioga Parkway with multiple gunshot wounds to the body. He died from his wounds at a local hospital.
