A 96-year-old Baltimore woman was found dead at her home Wednesday, Baltimore County Police said.
Evelyn Bailey of the 6800 block of Fox Meadow Road was discovered at 8:30 a.m. suffering from trauma to the upper body. Police said that a caregiver came to the home to check on her and called police.
Police requested homicide detectives and took the body to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. Detectives were awaiting autopsy results.
The investigation was ongoing.
