An 18-year-old was arrested Monday following an investigation of three robberies that occurred last November and in January, Baltimore County Police said Tuesday.

Cameron Jamal Thomas of the 2600 block of Kirk Avenue was arrested on a warrant Monday after detectives from the White Marsh Precinct alleged that he was involved in all three robberies. Thomas was charged with multiple counts of robbery, assault and theft.

Detectives identified Thomas as one of the suspects connected to a robbery on Nov. 12, 2019 at Perry Hall High School when two teens were playing basketball. Police said Thomas told the teens he had a gun and stole a watch and cell phone from one of them. The second suspect, who has not yet been identified, pushed the second teen to the ground and took his phone, police said.

Detectives then linked Thomas to another robbery on Jan. 28 on Ebenezer Road. A teen walking home from Perry Hall High School had her cell phone stolen out of her hand after a man ran up behind her, grabbed it, and continued on foot, officers said.

During the investigations of these robberies, detectives connected Thomas to a separate incident from Nov. 4, 2019, also on Ebenezer Road. Police said a woman was walking on Ebenezer Road when a man came up to her, put his arms around her and said he had a gun. He took the cell phone from her pocket and fled on foot.

Detectives continue to investigate the Nov. 12 robbery to identify the second suspect.
