A 19-year-old man was arrested on Sunday in connection with a murder two days earlier in the 2500 block of Gibbons Avenue, Baltimore City Police said.
Singleton Blake-Duppins was arrested and charged with first-degree murder in the death of 26-year-old Graham Blake at 10:54 p.m. on Feb. 28. Police said Blake-Duppins was being held in Central Booking, waiting to see a court commissioner.
Northeast District Police said officers were called to a home on Gibbons where they found Blake with gunshot wounds to the back of his head. Blake was rushed to a Johns Hopkins Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
