City Police on Friday were investigating two shooting deaths that occurred in Eastern and Northeastern Baltimore.

Northeast District homicide detectives have in custody an 18-year-old man as a person of interest in the killing of 26-year-old Graham Blake. Also, Eastern District homicide detectives are looking for a man responsible for the murder of 37-year-old Floyd Huntley.

At about 10:10 p.m. Friday, Eastern District police responded to a shooting between Milton Avenue and Biddle Street, where they located Huntley suffering from a gunshot wound to the head in the block of East Biddle Street.

Northeast District detectives said a shooting occurred about 45 minutes later in the 2500 block of Gibbons Avenue. Police found Blake suffering from a gunshot wound to the back of the head. The suspect was described as a black man, wearing a white hooded sweatshirt under a black jacket with acid wash jeans and black shoes.

Both Huntley and Blake were rushed to Johns Hopkins, where they both were pronounced dead shortly after arrival.

Anyone with information on both cases were asked to call police on 410-396-2100 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP.
