The Baltimore County Police have identified a 31-year-old homeless man found in water near Dundalk last Friday.

Police said the man was identified as Edward William Deaver. Officers were called to the 8200 block of Eastern Avenue and discovered Deaver’s body in the water near the Back River Waste Water Treatment Plant at 8:42 a.m.

The body was taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. Police were waiting for autopsy results to determine the cause of death, but do not believe foul play is involved.
