Margarito Miron of the 7400 block of Berkshire Road in Dundalk was rushed to a local hospital but died on Tuesday from a stab wound to the upper body. Police said Miron was stabbed at 11:30 p.m. last Friday on Bennett Road. At the scene, the police took into custody a suspect who also was rushed to a local hospital for treatment.

The 61-year-old suspect, Vidal Trinidad-Hernandez, was released from the hospital on Tuesday and charged with attempted first-degree murder and first-degree assault. He was being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on a no-bail status, following a bail review hearing Thursday.
