A 54-year-old Baltimore man was arrested in connection with a shooting last Wednesday in southeast Baltimore, City Police said.
Detectives arrested Otis Weaver of the 200 block of Milton Avenue. Weaver was being held in Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with first- and second-degree attempted murder.
Last Wednesday, officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 600 block of North Rose Street. A 42-year-old male was found with a gunshot wound to the torso, officers said. He was expected to survive his injuries.
