A Baltimore man was arrested Friday and charged with first-degree murder in connection with a September homicide in Dundalk, county police said.
Ricky Raheem Charles, 29, of the 3600 blocks of Lyndale Avenue in Baltimore, is being held without bail, police said. They said he is being charged with the Sept. 21 fatal shooting of Melissa Lynn West, 30, of the 500 block of Fairview Avenue in Dundalk.
Police said they believe the event occurred on West’s street following a road rage incident.
