Baltimore County police on Monday were investigating the sexual assault of a child who reported the incident as soon as he arrived at Norwood Elementary School in Dundalk.
Police said a school resource officer checked a surveillance video of the assault. An unknown black male dressed in dark clothing was seen in the video sexually assaulting the child on a footpath near the school baseball fields. The video showed the man fleeing on foot.
Detectives from the Baltimore County Police Crimes Against Children Unit were investigating the incident. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 410-307-2020.
