Anne Arundel County Police on Sunday arrested a 55-year-old man who was suspected of stealing property from a Jeep Grand Cherokee in the 1000 block of Harbor Drive in Annapolis.
Police found Joseph Oden Estep walking on Bay Bridge Road. Estep was carrying stolen items from a white 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee around 12:25 a.m. Sunday. The Jeep owner told police she saw Estep enter her Jeep.
Estep was arrested and taken to the Southern District for processing. He was charged with theft less than $100 and Rogue and Vagabond.
