A 43-year-old man died after being shot in the 1900 block of Ridgehill Avenue in the Western District of Baltimore city Monday, police said.
Patrol officers located the victim after responding to a report of a shooting at about 8:12 p.m. The man suffered a gunshot wound to the head and was rushed to an area hospital where he later died from his injuries, police said.
Homicide detectives were investigating the motive of the shooting and asked anyone with information to contact the Police Department.
