A 35-year-old man was shot during a robbery that occurred Monday in Owings Mills, police said.
Police did not release the name of the victim, but said he was treated at a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
The Baltimore County Police Department received a call for a robbery at the unit-block of Melissa Court in Owings Mills just before 6 p.m. Monday, police said. The officers determined that the unknown suspect threatened the victim and shot him with a handgun after stealing his property.
Police said that this is an active investigation and if anyone has information about the armed robbery, to call Baltimore County Police at 410-307-2020.
