From the Baltimore Sun: Landing by helicopter Thursday night in Port Covington, President Donald Trump arrived in the city he infamously insulted as “rodent infested,” where he appropriately enough was greeted by a 14-foot inflatable rat among the protesters rallying at his destination: a Republican gathering at the Waterfront Marriott in Harbor East.
The Marine One helicopter touched down in a field about 6:30 p.m. The president climbed down the stairs alone and walked slowly to the motorcade, waving at the assembled media. A group of people stood outside a nearby Under Armour building and watched. Read the rest of the story here.
From the Washington Post: The advertisement for President Trump’s self-appointed “welcoming committee” featured his face photoshopped onto the body of hairless rodent.
It minced no words: “TRUMP IS A RAT.”
With the president speaking here Thursday to a closed-door retreat of House Republicans, scores of protesters gathered to express opposition to White House policies and outrage at Trump’s recent tweets calling Maryland’s largest city “the Worst in the USA.”

The president is expected to speak at a Republicans’ retreat being held Thursday to Sunday at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel in Harbor East, and protestors are there too- with props.
A giant blown up rat with a Trump-like head is stationed off of Presidents Street, with a sticker attached to the base that says “Fight Fascism, Stop Trump,”
