Baltimore City Police on Friday were investigating a homicide in the yard of Northwood Elementary School last week.
Police said that a shootout erupted around 5 p.m., Sept. 2 on the school grounds in the 5200 block of Lock Raven Boulevard. When officers arrived, 27-year-old Gregory Turmpseed was laying on a fence suffering from gun wounds.
An investigation found that two other men, aged 23 and 29, also were shot but left the scene before police arrived. Police said there was a video footage of the men fleeing the scene on foot.
Police want anyone with information to contact the department. Names of all the victims have not been released.
