Baltimore County police are investigating a shooting that occurred around 2 p.m. inside a home on Cartwright Court in Rosedale.
Police said that a 4-year-old boy was shot in the lower portion of his body and taken to the hospital. He is expected to survive his wounds.
Two adults were present at the time of the shooting, police said.
