Baltimore City Police have arrested two adult males for handgun and narcotics violations in the 1200 block of Sargeant Street.
Officers said Brandon Parker, 29, and David Lofton, 28, were arrested Tuesday around 7:55 p.m. when they were found with 126 pieces of suspected heroin, and a Springfield XDS 9mm gun with five rounds of ammunition.
