A Baltimore man was arrested last week and charged in a murder that occurred three weeks ago, county police said.
Dwayne Kenneth Taylor, 40, of the 41000 block of Garrison Boulevard was charged with first-degree murder in the fatal shooting Gerrard Eugene Taylor in Dundalk, police said.
Dwayne Taylor was held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
Detectives said they determined that Gerrard Taylor and Dwayne Taylor (no relation) had been involved in a physical altercation on a previous occasion. The shooting appears to have been retaliatory, police said.
