A Virginia man was arrested by Howard County police on indecent exposure charges following an incident at the Mall in Columbia Monday evening.

Giovanny Rincon, 31, was reported to be walking around the mall and exposing himself, police said. Police said they located Rincon, who is from Herndon, Virginia, and arrested him.

This follows a separate indecent exposure case in Columbia reported last Friday. A woman alerted police that a man in a parked car on the 6100 block of Dobbin Road was exposing himself.

Police said they located the suspect, James Gibson, 71, of Reisterstown, and charged him with indecent exposure.
