Darrian Carroll allegedly shot a 21-year-old man in the 4600 block of Park Heights Avenue on Feb. 22 at approximately 2:52 p.m. Police identified the victim as 21-year-old Deondre Johnson, who later died at a nearby hospital.
Police said anyone with information should dial 911 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7lockup.
